The Rawls Springs Utility District Board of Directors is seeking to borrow photographs of historic locations in Rawls Springs. These photographs will be copied and returned to the owner. The copied photographs will be displayed in the new utility district office building. If you have a photograph that you would like to loan to the utility district to be copied, please drop it off at the utility district office at 74 Rawls Springs Road.
