MONTHLY BILL DELIVERY: The Utility District Office has received numerous calls regarding the non-delivery of monthly bills that are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The office has also received “non-delivered” bills several months after the payment due date. If you have not received your bill by the 10th day of the month, please call the office (601.268.2248). This will help prevent service interruptions and late fees.
ACCOUNT BALANCE: Payments are due by the 15th of the month. Customers have a “Grace Period” until cut-offs on Thursday (20 November). Payment after the office opens at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday (20 November) will not prevent service interruptions and late fees.
NOTE:
Depending on the financial institution, electronic payments made on Wednesday (19 November) may not be processed before the office opens on Thursday, 20 November.
All payments made using the Utility District’s deposit box are processed before the office opens on Thursday (20 November).
OFFICE CLOSURES: The Rawls Springs Utility District Office will be closed on Tuesday, 11 November in observance of the Veterans Day Federal Holiday. The Rawls Springs Utility District Office will be closed on Thursday, 27 November and Friday, 28 November in observance of Thanksgiving Federal Holiday.
