ACCOUNT BALANCE: Payments are due by the 15th of the month.  Customers have a “Grace Period” until cut-offs on Monday (22 December) of the month.  Payment after the office opens at 7:30 a.m. on Monday (22 December) will not prevent service interruptions and late fees.  NOTE: Depending on the financial institution, electronic payments made after 12:00pm on Friday (19 December), Saturday (20 December), and Sunday (21 December) may not be processed before the office opens on Monday (22 December).  All payments made using the Utility District’s deposit box are processed before the office opens on Monday (22 December).
